Job Title: International Climate Industry Technical Expert (Pool)

About the Project: The project requires international technical expertise to enhance the readiness of Egyptian climate startups. We are building a pool of experts to provide specialized guidance.
Job Description: Experts in this pool will leverage global expertise to enhance the technical readiness of Egyptian climate startups. They will work closely with national experts to ensure effective knowledge transfer, support startups in their partnerships with corporates, and advise on global innovation examples relevant to their collaborations.
Required Skills:
- Education: Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a similar engineering-focused degree.
- Language: Proficient in English (C1).
- General Professional Experience: 7+ years in industrial engineering with a clear role in environmental management (consulting or permanent).
- Specific Experience (4 projects in last 6 years): 4+ projects advising industrial companies on optimizing their environmental performance.
- International Experience: 6+ years in the environmental industry outside the MENA region.
