When innovation meets opportunity, real change happens.
At MENTORS’, our mission has always been to support economies by supporting the entrepreneurs who drive them. Recently, we had the privilege of partnering with the Orange Digital Center (ODC) to bring this mission to life through two intensive training tracks: Womentor and Sustainable Entrepreneurship.
This collaboration was not just about delivering lectures; it was about building a complete ecosystem where ideas could be tested, refined, and launched into the real world.
Track 1: WOMENTOR – Unlocking Female Potential
We believe that women are a driving force in the global economy. The Womentor track was designed specifically to help female entrepreneurs bridge the gap between “having an idea” and “running a business.”
Over the course of the program, our experts—including Dr. Oksana Vozhadaeva and Dr. Mohamed Elsery—guided participants through a journey of self-discovery and business mastery.
- Business Psychology: We started by exploring the mindset of success, tackling fear, motivation, and leadership.
- From Theory to Pitch: Participants moved from Design Thinking and Business Model Innovation to the high-stakes world of Pitching & Funding.
The result? A cohort of women ready to lead ventures like HerHub (an e-commerce platform empowering mothers) and So Care Cosmetics, armed with the confidence to succeed.
Track 2: SUSTAINABLE ENTREPRENEURSHIP – Innovating for a Greener Future
In today’s world, the best businesses don’t just make a profit; they make a difference. Our second track focused on Sustainable Entrepreneurship, challenging founders to build ventures that prioritize ethical practices and environmental impact.
We were inspired by the ingenuity of the startups that emerged from this track. We saw incredible solutions tackling real-world problems:
- Green Shift & Green Egypt: Pioneering biotech solutions to convert waste into biofuels.
- Eco-Brick: Revolutionizing construction by using sugarcane waste to create sustainable building materials.
- Space for Change: Designing self-sufficient agricultural facilities.
Through sessions on Impactful Marketing and Green Finance, these founders learned how to communicate their vision to investors who care about the planet as much as the bottom line.
A Legacy of Growth
This collaboration with ODC stands as a testament to what is possible when we invest in human potential. From Pharma Tech Mart revolutionizing healthcare delivery to AVR transforming e-commerce, the startups we mentored are proof that the future of business is bright, diverse, and sustainable.
At MENTORS’, we are proud to have played a part in their journey. We remain committed to our vision: supporting business entities to Learn, Establish, and Grow.
To the graduates of the ODC program: Your journey has just begun, and we are honored to have been your launchpad.
