We’re seeking an experienced HR professional to join a high-impact consulting engagement with a growing company undergoing a complete organizational transformation.
The Challenge
Our client has been operating for several years but lacks formal structure, systems, and processes. You will be instrumental in building the HR function from the ground up—creating order from chaos and establishing sustainable people operations.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement the complete organizational chart and reporting structures
- Develop HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks from scratch
- Establish recruitment, onboarding, and performance management systems
- Create compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with market standards
- Build employee relations protocols and conflict resolution mechanisms
- Set up HRIS systems and HR documentation processes
- Train local leadership on HR best practices and compliance
What You Bring
- 3–4 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in organizational development or transformation projects
- Proven experience building HR systems and processes in emerging or challenging environments
- Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals: recruitment, compensation, performance management, and employee relations
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations and create structure
- Cultural adaptability and experience working in the MENA region (preferred)
- Fluency in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
- Consulting experience is a plus
- MBA is a plus
