We’re seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the digital infrastructure buildout for a growing company undergoing a complete organizational transformation.
The Challenge
Our client has been operating without proper IT systems and digital infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing and implementing the entire technology backbone—from network architecture to business applications, creating a modern, scalable digital foundation.
What You’ll Do
- Assess the current IT landscape and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and security vulnerabilities
- Design and implement network architecture, server infrastructure, and cloud solutions
- Select and deploy core business systems (ERP, CRM, collaboration tools, file management platforms)
- Establish cybersecurity protocols, data backup systems, and disaster recovery plans
- Set up IT governance frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures
- Implement digital workplace solutions and productivity tools
- Create IT support structures and train local teams on system administration and maintenance
- Develop a technology roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
What You Bring
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and systems implementation
- Strong knowledge of network design, server administration, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Experience integrating business systems (ERP, CRM, document management solutions)
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements
- Ability to work effectively in resource-constrained environments and deliver pragmatic solutions
- Project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives
- Cultural adaptability and experience working in emerging markets (MENA region preferred)
- Fluency in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
- Consulting project experience is a plus
- MBA is a plus
