Position Title: Operational Manager Company: MSG (Mohamed ElSery Group) Location: Cairo, Egypt (regional and international scope)Role Overview
The Operational Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, overseeing daily operations across MSG’s diverse portfolio of companies. With a focus on innovation, sustainability, and social impact, the Operational Manager will ensure operational excellence, drive cross-sector synergies, and foster scalable growth in industries including energy, digital transformation, supply chain, education, food & beverages, telecommunications, real estate, and agriculture.Key Responsibilities
· Operational Leadership: Direct and optimize day-to-day operations across MSG’s subsidiaries, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
· Strategic Execution: Translate MSG’s vision into actionable strategies that drive sustainable growth and transformation.
· Cross-Sector Integration: Align operations across industries such as real estate, telecom, supply chain, and education to maximize synergy.
· Innovation & Sustainability: Champion sustainable practices and innovative solutions that reinforce MSG’s mission and societal impact.
· Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the CFO to manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure profitability.
· Talent Development: Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and empowerment across all business units.
· Risk & Compliance Management: Identify operational risks, ensure adherence to local and international standards, and maintain governance excellence.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Strengthen relationships with partners, investors, and communities to enhance MSG’s global reputation.Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
· 12+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably across multiple industries.
· Proven track record in startup leadership or multinational corporate environments.
· Strong expertise in sustainability, digital transformation, and cross-functional leadership.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
· French proficiency is considered a strong plus.Competencies
