Services & Scope
Mentors provides professional educational, mentoring, and instructional services including — but not limited to — academic tutoring, career guidance, IT and technical training, language instruction, and study-abroad consulting.
These policies apply to all clients who engage with Mentors through our website, phone, or any authorised representative. By booking a session or submitting a service request you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Enrollment & Registration
To access Mentors services you must complete a registration form with accurate personal details. Our team will review your submission and contact you within 1–2 business days to confirm availability, match you with the right mentor or specialist, and outline next steps.
- All information provided must be truthful and up to date.
- Minors must have a parent or guardian complete the registration.
- Mentors reserves the right to decline a registration at its sole discretion.

Payment & Fees
Service fees are communicated to clients before any session begins. Fees vary by service type, session length, and the specific programme selected.
- Payment is due before or on the day of the first session unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
- Accepted methods include bank transfer, online payment, and other options communicated at the time of booking.
- Prices are subject to change; existing enrolled clients will receive 14 days’ notice of any price adjustment.

Refund Policy
Mentors is committed to service quality. Refunds are handled as follows:
- Cancellation 48+ hours before session: Full refund or credit to your account.
- Cancellation within 24–48 hours: 50% refund or full credit.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours / no-show: No refund; session is forfeited.
- Mentors-initiated cancellation: Full refund or rescheduling at your preference.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. Processed refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Code of Conduct
Mentors maintains a respectful and professional environment for all clients, mentors, and staff. All parties are expected to:
- Treat everyone with courtesy and respect regardless of background or belief.
- Arrive (or connect) on time for scheduled sessions.
- Refrain from sharing session recordings or materials without written consent.
- Report any concerns or misconduct to MentorsIS management promptly.
Violations of this code may result in suspension or termination of services without a refund.

Privacy & Data
Mentors collects personal information solely to deliver and improve its services. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
- Data collected: name, contact details, service preferences, and session records.
- Data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for service delivery.
- You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Intellectual Property
All materials, curricula, study guides, and content provided by Mentors are the exclusive property of Mentors. Clients are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own learning only.
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Mentors content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer
Mentors provides guidance and educational support but cannot guarantee specific academic results, exam scores, or career outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, ability, and external factors beyond our control.
Mentors is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of its services.
